Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will make his maiden trip to Kabul this week to talk about the Afghan peace and reconciliation process, officials said Wednesday, according to dpa. "Meeting with the Afghan President Hamid Karzai is confirmed and discussions will be focus around the release of more Taliban prisoners and the reconciliation process," said Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry, a spokesman for the Pakistani Foreign Ministry. Sharif, who became prime minister in June, was to arrive in Kabul on Saturday.
