Riyadh, Muharram 15, 1435, Nov 18, 2013, SPA -- On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Culture and Information, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), opened here today the 4th News Agencies World Congress (IV-NAWC), which is hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) under the theme "Re-formation of a News Agency in the 21st Century" at Ritz Carlton Hotel in Riyadh.
Upon arrival at the venue, Dr. Khoja was received by SPA President Abdullah bin Fahad Al-Hussein, who is also Chairman of the IV-NAWC, and members of the International Council for News Agencies.
