President Abbas Told Kerry: All Settlements Illegal, Palestinian Spokesman Says

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas told US Secretary of State John Kerry, during a meeting here today, that all Israeli settlements are illegal, Palestinian Presidency's Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudainah said here today.
In a press statement, Abu Rudainah said that Abbas and Kerry have reviewed the latest negotiation rounds and that the president has confirmed Palestinian side's commitment to negotiations provided that it would lead to establishing an independent Palestinian state, with Al-Quds as its capital.
