Palestinian Presidency spokesman makes statement

Palestinian Presidency spokesman Nabil Abu-Rudainah announced that the Arab Peace Initiative Committee confirmed in a statement following its meeting here today in the attendance of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas that negotiations with the Israeli side would not be resumed unless a serious offer by the United States be presented, clearly showing the references and bases of negotiations.
In a statement, Abu-Rudainah said the committee's statement held Israel responsible of derailing the peace process and demands preparations for going to the UN Security Council to present the settlement issue on its table.
