Morocco Supports Saudi Arabia's Apology for Not Accepting Membership at UN Security Council

AlHijjah 17, 1434, Oct 22, 2013, SPA -- The Kingdom of Morocco said that the apology of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to occupy a non-permanent seat at the United Nations Security Council for the period 2014 -2015 , has been widely appreciated and respected at the international arena.
In its statement issued yesterday, the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation stressed that the Kingdom of Morocco is keen that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia plays its effective roles in defending the just causes of Arab and Islamic countries, calling on the Security Council to lift the obstacles that hinder its works.
