Lebanese, Egyptian, Palestinian Newspapers Highlight the Kingdom's Refusal of UNSC Membership

AlHijjah 14, 1434, Oct 19, 2013, SPA -- The Lebanese, Egyptian and Palestinian Newspapers highlighted today the decision made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the Kingdom's refusal of a membership of the United Nations Security Council.
"According to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs' statement issued yesterday, the Kingdom announced its apology for not accepting membership of the Security Council until the Council is reformed and enabled, effectively and practically, to carry out its duties and responsibilities in maintaining international peace and security," the newspapers stressed.
