AlHijjah 14, 1434, Oct 19, 2013, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues. Locally, most newspapers continued its covering of the success of this year's Hajj season at the security, health and organizational levels. Al-Sharq newspaper pointed out to the positive reactions of all the Arab, Muslim and foreign countries towards the Kingdom's successful epic of Hajj season for this year 1434 AH, noting the great efforts exerted by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to develop huge infrastructure projects and plans aiming at the provision of the best services of pilgrims to perform their Hajj rituals in ease and comfort. Regionally, All newspapers, Al-Riyadh, Okaz, Madinah, Al-Youm and Al-Watan lauded the Kingdom's rejection of accepting the United Nations Security Council non-permanent membership. They reported that such decision comes as a clear evidence of Saudi Arabia's strong stance towards the values of right and justice and reflects its international status and fair attitudes towards Arab and Islamic issues as well as international ones.
