AlHijjah 11, 1434, Oct 16, 2013, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues. Locally, all newspapers followed up their coverage of this year's Hajj season and its successful security and health plans while Al-Watan newspaper pointed out to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' speech in which he addressed men of the military sector and said that "The nation will never forget those who sacrificed their lives for it." Regionally, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported that signs of a deal are looming between the West and Iran on Tehran's nuclear program with the blessing of Washington and that the whole process has no link to the nuclear issue but just common interests and regional dimensions. Finally, on the Syrian issue, Al-Sharq newspaper pointed out to the "Syrian regime's breakthroughs of the revolution" and what have been reported that there are suspicious ties between some factions of the resistance and the regime in Damascus.
