Saudi Ambassador to U.K. Opens Photo Exhibition on Princess Alice's Visit to the Kingdom

AlQa'dah 26, 1434, Oct 2, 2013, SPA -- Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, opened here today a photo exhibition on the recent Princess Alice's visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is organized at the University of Cambridge by Riyadh-based King Abdulaziz Public Library.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Prince Nawaf said that these photos go back to 1938 and have been shot by the Princess herself.
"Its significance is that they shed light on the Kingdom's history, during the first years of its unification and before the exploration of oil and realize the dream of the Founding King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, in building a unified, stable and safe state," the Prince said.
