AlQa'dah 21, 1434, Sep 27, 2013, SPA -- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member States' Troika foreign ministers, led by Bahraini foreign minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, who is the current rotating president of the GCC Ministerial Council met here today with Japan's Minister for Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida, in the presence of Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani.
