AlQa'dah 20, 1434, Sep 26, 2013, SPA -- The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States and the Republic of India held talks at the Headquarters of GCC Mission in New York yesterday. The GCC side was headed by Bahrain's Foreign Minister, the current chairman of the Ministerial Council Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, in the presence of Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and the GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani. The Indian side was headed by Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and cooperation between the GCC States and India in political, economic, trade and investment fields, ways of their enhancement, and the regional and international issues of common interest.
