Iraq, Kuwait Co-Sign two MoUs

Iraq and Kuwait co-signed here today two memorandums of understanding on the arrangements of the material specification process for the border and financing building of a housing compound, in Um Qasser.
The memos were signed by Sheikh Sabah bin Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs Hoshiyar Zebari.
