Kuwait and Iraq Sign MoU

Kuwait and Iraq signed today two Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) on practical arrangements for the maintenance of the border, and finance the construction of a residential complex in the area.
The two MoU were co-signed by Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah and the Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari.
