Sheikh Mohammed Al-Salim Al-Sabbah, The Kuwaiti Deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs arrived in here today on a historic and first visit of its kind after the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990. Right after his arrival, the Kuwaiti high-level official conducted talks with Iraqi Premier Nuri Al-Malki. The Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari announced earlier that the two parties have a list of outstanding problems, which include the joint exploitation of one of oil fields on the borders, the demarcation of maritime boundaries and compensation of billions of dollars in damages claimed by Kuwait.
