Anqari said that the budget for higher education this year was the largest one constituting 10% of the State's budget amounting to SR 820 billion. Dr. Al-Anqari praised the extension of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Foreign Scholarships for the third term, noting that the number of students on scholarships within the program reached 148,229 students and the number of graduates since 2007 until the year 2013, amounted to more than 47,000 male and female students. He expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for patronizing the Exhibition and Conference and for his generous support for the march of progress and development in the Kingdom in general, and the educational process in particular, also expressing his thanks to and appreciation of the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier for their great support and continuing follow up of the affairs of the higher education.
