In the presence of Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chief of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA), Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa inaugurated here today the activities of "Manama Capital of Arab Tourism 2013 " at Bahrain National Amphitheatre. The ceremony was attended by Nabil El-Araby, Secretary General of Arab League; Arab ministers of tourism, and representatives of the Arab and world tourism organizations. On the occasion, Prince Sultan bin Salman delivered a speech in which he congratulated Bahrain on being selected as capital of the Arab Tourism 2013, praising its historical and civilizational legacy. He also reviewed the experience of Saudi Arabia in the field of tourism development and its role in national economic development.
