The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today unveiled before foreign-minister level representatives of 68 countries in the Italian capital of Rome a six-point road map for reforms of the Security Council and the United Nations. Dr. Nizar bin Obeid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom and leader of his country's delegation to the 3rd Ministerial Conference, co-chaired by Italy and Spain, said the issue of reforms of the Security Council and the United Nations should be dealt with the most needed transperancy and clear-vision of what we want to do. To this effect, Saudi Arabia presents a road map based on six bases that we have to follow to reach the required reforms of the Security Council and the United Nations, he added. --More
