The 3rd ministerial meeting on the U.N. Security Council Reform under the theme "New Approaches to the Security Council Reform". Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led his country's delegation to the meeting. Saleh bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, Saudi ambassador to Italy, also participated in the meeting. At outset of the meeting, Italian Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi addressed the meeting.
