Minister of Transport: SR 11 Billion For New Road Projects In Kingdom

The Minister of Transport Dr. Jubarah bin Eid Al-Suraiseri said that the budget of the Ministry of Transport for this year 1434 AH / 1435 allocated an amount of SR 11,050,000,000 for new road projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement, he explained that as many as 223 new road projects of total length of 3,708 kilometers will be implemented in various regions.
He stressed that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense have been giving attention and care for the progress of the transport sector.
