The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has expressed his appreciation of the Minister of Transport Dr. Jubarah bin Eid Al-Suraiseri and the Ministry's employees on the occasion of completion of Al-Hada-Al-Kar Road Project and its opening to traffic.
