UNRWA Commissioner General Sends Letter of Thanks to Minister of Interior

The Commissioner General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) Filippo Grandi has sent a letter of thanks to Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and General Supervisor of Saudi National Campaign for Support of Brothers in Syria.
In his letter, the Commissioner General thanked Prince Mohammed for the Campaign's donation of $2 million to UNRWA to meet the needs of the Palestinian refugees in Syria as well as the displaced Palestinians in Lebanon and Jordan.
He also praised the Kingdom's role under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in supporting efforts of UN humanitarian agencies.
