AlHijjah 6, 1433, Oct 22, 2012, SPA -- The People's Congress ruling party of Yemen, reiterated its commitment to implementing the political settlement reached through the GCC initiative and executive mechanism which it said has opened a window for peace in the country. In a meeting with the ambassadors of the 10-member sponsoring countries of the GCC initiative and its executive mechanism, the party leaders said they are interested to see the evaluation of the sponsors to the performance of the initiative so far. For their part, the ambassadors urged Yemeni factions to enter the forthcoming dialogue conference without conditions.
