Yemeni Prime Minister Meets with UN Secretary-General in the Turkish city of Istanbul

Yemeni Prime Minister Mohammed Salem Basendwah, who is on a visit to Turkey, met here today with the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of implementing the political settlement process in Yemen in line with the GCC initiative and its executive mechanism.
They also discussed the preparations for holding the comprehensive national dialogue conference in which all Yemeni political factions are set to participate.
For his part, Ki Moon said whoever dares to derail the political settlement in Yemen should realize that he would be subject to punitive measures.
