An experiment of putting off a hypothetical fire that killed and injured a number of people before the civil defense squad arrive in a hospital in Skaka, Saudi Arabia, the scene of the fire, was successfully carried out, officials said. Acting Director of Civil Defense in Al-Joaf Region Col. Ali bin Saleh Al-Enezy said the experiment to extinguish the fire included different civil defense operations e.g. fire fighting, rescuing, evacuating and first-aiding. He added that 15 governmental concerned bodies took part in the exercise.
