A number of residents had to be evacuated after a fire broke out in a restaurant on the ground floor of their building in Al-Mosa'idiah District here on Friday. Civil Defense teams were able to control and extinguish the blaze after evacuating the building. Curious onlookers gathered at the scene obstructing traffic flow. There were no casualties according to Col. Hejaij Khaleel Al-Anezi, spokesman of the Civil Defense in the Northern Frontier Region.
