The Madinah-based University of Taibah has sent 23 students from the Departments of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering of Faculty of Engineering to Malaysia for training in factories and companies within the framework of a summer program. The Faculty's Dean, Dr. Hamed Al-Ahmadi has pointed out that the eight-week program is organized under the auspices of the University of Malaysia for Technology which has been linked with the University of Taibah with a scientific Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). He noted that the University sent 15 students to train in specialized companies in South Korea last year in collaboration with the University of Seoul.
