One civilian was killed and another wounded this morning in a roadside bomb blast, south of Baquba, in the central governorate of Diyala, the northeast of Baghdad. A security source said that a bomb exploded in Al-Tahrir enclave, killing one person and injuring another who was taken to a hospital. The source said Police rushed to the site of the incident and transported the wounded person to the hospital and the dead body to its forensic medicine department. In another incident this morning, one civilian was killed and two others wounded in a bomb explosion at the side of the road in eastern Al-Mosul. A Police source disclosed that the explosive device went off towards the side of the road in eastern Mosul, killing a civilian and wounding other civilians. The Police cordoned off the scene of the incident and transported the victim's body to the forensic medicine department and the wounded to a nearby hospital.
