AlHijjah 2, 1432, Oct 29, 2011, SPA - An Iraqi Police Source disclosed that a civilian was killed when a bomb planted in a car he was driving exploded today in southern Baghdad. The source, who asked not to be identified, said the planted bomb exploded this morning in a civilian car in Bayaa region south of Baghdad, killing its driver instantly. The security force quickly cordoned off the scene of the incident and began an investigation into its causes and circumstances. Meanwhile, the body of the dead civilian was taken to the forensic medicine department of a local hospital (for conducting post-mortem).
