The Undersecretary of Ministry of Islamic Affairs for Mosques, Call and Guidance Affairs, Dr. Tawfiq Bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudairi, has expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for his order to implement a major expansion of the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah to accommodate more than 1,600,000 worshipers. Dr. Al-Sudairi said that the royal order came as an extension to the King's attention and care for the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah to provide the best facilities and services to pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors of the Prophet's Mosque to perform their rituals easily and comfortably. He has thanked the King and the Crown Prince for their services to Islam, Muslims, and this dear homeland.
