Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah has approved licensing the establishment of the Resources Company for Recruitment (the closed joint stock company - under construction) with a paid-up capital of SR 100 million, split into 10 million shares, each share with a nominal value of SR 10. The capital of the Riyadh-based company is fully subscribed by its founders. The company will work in the field of labor recruitment and provision of services or domestic labor for the public sector and private sector.
