Transformation of SR 250 million Saudi Marketing Company "Markaz Al-Mazarie" Endorsed

The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has approved the license for the transformation of Dammam-based Saudi Marketing Company "Markaz Al-Mazarie" to a limited liability company (the closed joint stock company) with a capital of SR 250 million.
The capital will be split into 25 million shares, each share with a nominal value of SR 10 subscribed fully by its partners.
