Minister Endorses Two Joint Stock Companies

The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has approved licenses for the transformation of Dammam-based Saudi Marketing Company with a capital of SR 250 million and Ahsa Company for Tourism and Recreation with a capital of SR 50 million to limited liabilities from closed joint stock companies.
The capitals will be split into shares, each share with a nominal value of SR 10 subscribed fully by their partners.
