Transformation of SR 50 Million Company Endorsed

The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has approved a license for the transformation of Jeddah-based Al-Surayie' Trade Company for Flooring and Furniture to a limited liability from closed joint stock company with a capital of SR 50 million.
The capital will be split into 5 million shares, each share with a nominal value of SR 10 subscribed fully by its partners.
