Several employees from various branches of the group in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah and Madinah participated in the workshop held in Jeddah recently under the supervision of the group's human resources (HR) department. Addressing the staff, Khaled Almaeena, Editor at Large of Saudi Gazette and senior management consultant of the group, said that Alungal has a vision to make the group among the top healthcare providers in the Gulf. He also lauded the leadership qualities of Hamza Abdulaziz Dagistani, general manager of the group's HR department, saying: “Dagistani is very keen to enhance the quality and skills of Al Abeer employees. “Dagistani is a highly dedicated professional,” he added. Earlier, welcoming the gathering, Dagistani commended the team spirit of the staffers. He said that the workshop was aimed at fulfilling the department's strategic goals for the future, as well as to streamline the organizational structure so as to meet the future challenges. There were elaborate discussions with the active participation of the department officials and the participants focusing on how to take advantage of the outcome of the workshop in improving the work performance in future.
