Ericsson ranked 2nd best employer in Turkey

ERICSSON Turkey has been officially recognized as the 2nd best employer in Turkey at the 2015 Great Place to Work awards ceremony that was held recently in Istanbul.
Great Place to Work Institute has announced its list of 2015 Top Employers in Turkey. The list of awards, announced for the 3rd time in Turkey, was split into the following categories; 50-500, 500-2000 and 2000+ employees. The Best Employers in Turkey, in line with world trends informatics, are Internet and telecommunication companies, which ranked outstanding. Ericsson Turkey climbed into the 500-2000 employee category from last year's list and is the second best employer in its category this year.

Companies participating in the Great Place to Work survey are not evaluated by their turnover or economic success, but by the analysis of their employee's thoughts and the HR practices in the existing corporate culture. Trust Index employee survey conducted by the company and the trust, perception, credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit are measured according to the criteria.
Great Place to Work is held in 53 countries, with 7,000 business analysis, which more than 16 million employees are taking part in. This competition is the most widely participated in, around the world, in areas of corporate culture, and it stands out for its prestigious research.
