RIYADH – Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah Al-Hussayyen on Tuesday signed 42 water and sewage projects worth more than SR700 million. The projects will be implemented in various regions of the Kingdom, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The projects included the first phase of the sewage networks in Houta Bani Tameem region in Riyadh, costing SR99.2 million, setting up of water purification plant at Wadi Tandaha dam in Asir region at a cost of SR79.66 million, and the first phase of the sewage treatment plant in Mikhwa, costing SR51.5 million. — SPA
