Samsung Electronics won a bid leading to signing a deal worth SR3,000,000 to install and service the new DVM S Desert central air conditioning system at the new Fatima Residential tower, built with state-of-the-art engineering techniques and located on Tahliah Street. Instead of dedicating a floor to install the air conditioners, they were all placed on the rooftop thus saving on space. This new mechanical floor also brings a wealth of new ecological solutions such as saving 40% of the energy, and standing in compliance with SASO regulations which could rank up to 10 stars on the quality scale.
