RIYADH — The Special Criminal Court has sentenced two Saudis to prison for four years and two years and 10 months respectively. The charges against the first defendant included disobeying the ruler and inciting people against him. He also helped two people to travel to places of turmoil in order to take part in the fighting there. He also saved prohibited materials in his computer and met with several members of a deviant group in his house. The charges against the second defendant included disobeying the ruler by planning to travel to regions of conflict so as to join Al-Qaeda.
