HRDF rewards Alsalam Aircraft for effective Saudization of jobs
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 25 - 03 - 2015

Human Resources Development Fund (HRD) has lionized Alsalam Aircraft Company by rewarding settlement wages offered by the Fund within the platinum range in accordance with the private sectors program of the Ministry of Labor.
This has come in recognizing effective efforts in attracting national staff and maintaining it through several rehabilitation and training programs in field of aircraft maintenance and that the company raised, increased and modified salaries of Saudis.
Company President & CEO Eng. Mohamed Noor Fallatah said the bonus is only an incentive for making more efforts and to occupy these jobs by young Saudis who are capable of working in aircraft maintenance field, noting that the company has made achievements and high figures in recruitment and training of young Saudis.
He added that the company has extensive training programs in maintenance and manufacture of spare parts of F 15 aircraft. In the past, it had attracted 32 trainees during the first stage of graduates of various technical colleges in a special ceremony attended by Minister of Labor Eng. Adel Faqeeh, qualifying Saudi youth to work in this field and in the execution of various national projects.
He considered that reliance on national staff in the field of aircraft maintenance as a fixed strategic target for the company and it will contribute to support national development.
Fallatah further said the company has also specialized development and qualification programs for Saudis employees to have senior positions in the company and that there are more than 82% who work in leadership positions. This percentage will increase in such a way that Saudis will be represented in the leadership of this company in the near future and can contribute to manufacturing prosperity in the Kingdom.
