Seven die in bus accident

BURAIDAH - At least seven passengers were killed and 50 others injured in a bus accident in Qassim region on Tuesday. The condition of some passengers is serious, according to Dr. Ibrahim Al-Thuwaini, director of the emergency division at Qassim Health Affairs. The accident happened on Madinah Expressway near Markaz Al-Naqra. Five medical teams from the hospitals of Aqlat Al-Sukhur, Nabhaniyah and Al-Rass as well as paramedics from the Saudi Red Crescent rushed to the scene and engaged in rescue operation, Al-Thuwaini told the Saudi Press Agency.
