RIYADH — The Riyadh Municipality has shut down 59 restaurants, suspended 83 workers, seized 535 kilograms of rotten meat, fish and poultry, and confiscated 206 rusty kitchen utensils over the past three days. The municipality's inspectors issued 195 restaurants with warnings for minor violations. Their owners were also asked to sign an undertaking promising to keep their kitchens hygienic and comply with all regulations
