Small businesses are the solution for unemployment

I am writing with regard to the article “Large firms solution to unemployment.” (Apr. 2). This is totally wrong. Large firms are not the solution for unemployment; it's completely the other way around. Small businesses are the solution for unemployment. Haven't we learned anything from the government experience with jobs? Government entities are like big companies and have they ever solved the problem? No. We don't need to reinvent the wheel. This happened before in other countries and they supported small businesses and solved their problems.
