HOFOUF — A Red Crescent Paramedic was shocked when he discovered that the victims of a home fire he was trying to help were none other than his wife and four nephews, said Eastern Province Civil Defense spokesman Col. Ali Al-Qahtani. Paramedic Issa Al-Rasheed collapsed and broke down at the scene when he learned that the charred bodies pulled out from the house belonged to his wife and his brother's four children. Preliminary investigations showed that an electrical short circuit caused the fire to break out.
