Arabian Oud, the largest specialized perfume retailer in the world and the Middle East region's foremost luxury fragrance house, has decided to give the public administration staff an extra holiday for the Saudi National Day, giving the employees two consecutive days off on Sunday and Monday (Sept. 22 and 23). This comes in line with the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz to grant Sept. 22 (Sunday) as an official holiday for all public sector employees on the occasion of the 83rd National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company's management has expressed its heartfelt congratulations on the event as well as taken this opportunity to appreciate the efforts of its employees in the success of the company. The move also complements Arabian Oud's strategy of appreciating the role of its staff and their significant contributions toward the growth of the company at various levels, and in the process enabling it to become one of the world's largest chains of retail stores specializing in oriental and western perfumes. It also embodies the company's eagerness to highlight the needs of its staff through their development, welfare and participation in various activities that contribute to the growth of the community in line with its national and social responsibility. — SG
