Milestone in space exploration: Saudi Arabia's first female astronaut reaches ISS

RIYADH — In a groundbreaking achievement for Saudi Arabia this year, the Kingdom successfully sent its first female astronaut, Rayyanah Barnawi, to the International Space Station (ISS), accompanied by fellow Saudi astronaut Ali A Qarni.
This historic mission, part of Saudi Arabia's Astronaut Program, marked a significant leap in the Kingdom's commitment to space exploration and scientific advancement.
