JEDDAH — Civil Defense firefighters in Jeddah put out a fire that was started in an apartment by some children. The fire was contained in a short time with no injuries recorded. However, a young woman suffered from smoke inhalation and was rushed to King Fahd Hospital, while a two-year-old child suffered minor injuries due to the amount of heat caused by the fire. A Civil Defense spokesman said initial investigations showed that the children caused the fire while they were playing in one of the apartment's rooms.
