Aljomaih Automotive presents honorary shields to its outstanding employees as it celebrates winning the GM Grand Masters Award 2012. JEDDAH – Aljomaih Automotive Company (AAC), the largest GM dealer in the Middle East, and one of the largest in the world, celebrated the GM Grand Masters Award 2012. The annual global Grand Masters Award is presented to outstanding dealers of Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac vehicles, in recognition of the best-of-the-best GM dealers worldwide. The aim of the Grand Masters Award is to raise the level of customer care in terms of sales and aftersales service to ensure that GM's dealers provide the utmost customer ownership experience. In a special ceremony held recently at Ritz Carlton hotel in Riyadh on the occasion of achieving “Grand Masters Status 2012” award, Aljomaih Automotive presented honorary shields to a selected group of ACC employees who have demonstrated exemplary services in their line of work. The function was attended by Sheikh Ibrahim Aljomaih, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of AAC, and John Stadwick, President and Managing Director of General Motors Middle East Operations, among others. Sheikh Waleed Al-Abdullah Aljomaih, COO of AAC, reiterated in his speech AAC's commitment to provide integrated solutions to their clients in respect to car ownership and services, adding that “our staff is our success partners and our strong base.” He said ACC achieved the highest status through providing high-level services by its well-qualified team, which met the customers' satisfaction, as well as through collaboration with GM team.
