Mishal Al-Otaibi Saudi Gazette RIYADH — Border Guards in Najran arrested 174 smugglers in the first quarter of the Islamic year 1434, according to a statement issued by the force. More than 1,100 intruders were arrested while 22 weapons were seized along with 109 ammunition boxes. Border Guards seized 11 cars, of which two were used to smuggle weapons and the rest to transport infiltrators. The guards also succeeded in foiling attempts to smuggle into the country a total of more than 300 kilograms of hashish.
