FOLLOWING THE FOILED ATTEMPT, PRINCE MISHAAL BIN SAUD BIN ABDULAZIZ, GOVERNOR OF NAJRAN REGION, COMMENDED THE WORK OF THE SAUDI BORDER GUARDS IN NAJRAN REGION. COMMANDER OF SAUDI BORDER GUARDS IN NAJRAN REGION MAJOR GENERAL ABDULLAH ALGHAMDI SAID THE BORDER GUARDS DETECTED THE SMUGGLERS, PURSUED THEM, EXCHANGED FIRE WITH THEM AND ARRESTED A NUMBER OF THEM WHILE CONFISCATING 233 KILOGRAMS OF HASHISH.
