AL-KHOBAR — A woman was killed and three others were injured in an apartment fire at Al-Khobar's Al-Thuqbah neighborhood. Civil Defense and Red Crescent teams attended the scene and stopped the fire from spreading to other apartments. Spokesman for the Eastern Province Civil Defense Col. Ali Al-Qahtani said the fire started in the apartment's hallway. The injured were transported to King Fahd Teaching Hospital in Al-Khobar. A Red Crescent spokesman said two of the injured are in a serious condition.
